Education paired with birth control can help families break the cycle by curbing bringing 3,4,5 kids out of a womb into a poverty stricken situation and then when the family is actually ready financially and mentally to bring a child into this world they can do so with the love and finances required to bring up kids that won't turn out to be blights on society, and in the process maybe they would learn why it might be prudent to not have a large family also.

No thats not what I'm trying to say. I'm saying that all ppl need to not have as many kids but that the lack of education within the poor communities doesn't help matters. I feel most ppl want their children to have a better life than they did and if you help educate ppl to be able to make wiser choices then ppl have more of an opportunity to give that better life to the next generation and are less likely to have more kids than they can afford. Teach them about various forms of birth control because a big reason that ppl don't use condoms is that condoms suck as far as feeling from a lot of guys perspective and the women don't think they have the power to make the guys wear one and thats completely false. Ppl that come from middle class or upper class educated families have a better understanding of the risks (std wise or risk loss of financial freedom) and understand these things already most of the time (Catholics maybe being the exception because of the lies handed down to them through the Vatican) but I in no way am saying that our government should force birth control on anyone.
